We have an issue with 190 attachments (screenshots and Excel files). Yesterday, we were able to see the previews but today nothing is visible. This is a huge problem.
Please help us resolve this...

could you share a screenshot of what you're looking at? Have you attempted this in various browsers? It sounds like the issue exists for more than one user correct? Is it just one issue that is having this problem?
I think that you should maybe get some screen shots that you are already in possession of and you those to your advantage. Just a thought 💭. We probably have the same ones ya think?

All users are experiencing this problem. We tested on Chrome and Firefox.

Interesting for sure. Unfortunately, I don't have a good answer for you here. It very well could be related to the number of attachments. is this a normal scenario for you and if so, do you have other issues with that many attachments that are working? I have never attempted having that many attachments on any one issue. My recommended course of action would be to reach out to Atlassian support directly so that they can login and have it work.

This issue is a bit complicated. It was submitted 2+ months ago and the investigation is still in progress. There is no other issue with so many attachments.
As a workaround, I copied my last internal note (containing 21 attachments) and created an internal ticket with it. Then I deleted the internal note in the main issue and now it has 169 attachments. After refreshing the page, we can see the previews. For the time being, we will add new internal notes to the new internal ticket.

Ah, interesting for sure. It does seem that there is something associated with the attachments (number and/or size). it would be great. If you would post back here with the support team family comes back with. I do find it a bit. Unfortunate that is taking as long as it has. If you can share the support ticket number here that would be good as well. Not that I can look at it directly but maybe it's something I can chat with colleagues about.
