Hi Community! I’m on the Jira Service Desk marketing team here at Atlassian and I wanted to share some exciting news with you all.
We know that some customers place high importance on analyst reports and look to firms like Forrester for their opinion on vendors in the IT space and trends they’re seeing in the industry. Last year, Forrester published their first ever report on Enterprise Service Management, where we were named a strong performer and the highest ranked vendor in the strategy category.
This year, we’re excited to share that we’ve maintained our position in these two categories, in addition to gaining market share in the ESM space.
We know that a majority of our customers use Jira Service Desk and other Atlassian products for use cases beyond IT - from HR, to Finance, Facilities, and more. We’re always looking for more stories from you about the different ways you’re using Jira Service Desk.
