Populate fields via URL to help users to fill out the form


i'm wondering if there's an option to add content to the JIRA Service Desk Customers 'Create Issue' Screen by simply adding e.g. "Summary=ASDF" or similar to the URL I link for a specific topic.

Here's an example of what i mean: Is there any way to modify the "Service Area" (cascaded custom field) via the URL?

I know it's not an answer but I was looking for the same thing and found out there's an issue for that so if you find this question as well please go there and express your interest. Maybe it will be implemented by 2020 ;-)
