Need help in writing a report to show the time logged per employee

I need to find a method to view the time each tech spends on a ticket, time spent on certain request types and which customers are consuming the most of my departments time. We are using Jira Service Desk

You can use Jira Rest Api GET /rest/api/2/issue/{issueIdOrKey}. It will return all worklogs for an issue. You can build your report using this data.
