Iam getting notification via email, in notifications screen in JIRA for many situations like issue updation, comment creation etc... But only on issue creation, none of the expected users are getting notifications.
I tried adding several `single user` notifications, but no luck.
My notification rule looks like this :
According to notification helper also, I should be receiving a notification. But none of the expected users are receiving on `Issue Creation`
Got a hint from this answer (about post function in work flow) :
In our case, we are using a custom work flow. In the workflow, after creation of a ticket, we added a post function to fire `Issue created` event. After adding that post function, notifications corresponding to `Issue created` started working
