I am trying to integrate Jira Servicedesk with Confluence. I am getting error "unable to create reciprocal link. while integrating servicedesk with confluence"

Our Servicedesk URL is hosted in https and confluence is in http running on port number 8090 on the same machine. 

We have configured nginix reverse proxy for Jira servicedesk. 

Please suggest a solution !!

Have you had a look at the article below? It will give you a few more diagnostic steps and let you know what to look for in the Atlassian Jira log:

• Unable to create reciprocal link when creating application link

Please run through those steps and let us know if you have any trouble, including what error messages are in your Atlassian Jira logs.
