How can I display anyone cc'd on an email on the issue screen once created

When comments are added to an issue anyone cc'd on the initial email request get email updates with the added comments.  However, the person adding the comment doesn't have visibility to who was cc'd or who will see the new comments.  Would like to add a custom field that could capture and display anyone who was cc'd.
