Can notifications be scheduled for specific timeframes?

I would like to create a distribution group to receive notifications but only during "outside business hours".  Is there a way to configure notifications to only send during specific times?

Out of the box it will be tricky.  But very easy to do with Automation for JIra add-on.

I have started the trial but am not seeing anything different than the regular automation.  Where, specifically, do I configure for the timeframes?  Thank you.
