Adding an "Log In" or "Activate Your Account" Link in the default response to the customer.

Patrick Dufresne Nov 07, 2017

As of now if I respond to customers they will get an initial request to create an account. Is there a way I can include a link in the default customer notification template that adds a link for the customer to activate their account?

Hello Patrick,

You can customize the notifications on your Service Desk Platform in the project settings and customer notifications.

Please find below URL link for the documentation Atlassian :

Thanks, I've already consulted this page but I can't find anything pertaining to include a link to "activate your account" on this page.
