Need to know how to assighn a group to a ticket

Hello, I am trying to add my group to the ticket that I have created in JIRA,

 

Can you please let us know how do I do that, also I would like to include some other contacts to the ticket in our internal team.

assignee is a 1:1 relationship with a Jira User. It cannot be assigned to a group. You can assign other users as Watchers.
