how to manage Ideation process for new ideas/initiatives in Jira Cloud?

Hi all,

I'm looking for an add on or an app to help me manage ideas and initiatives in Jira cloud and/or in confluence.

Does anyone have any recommended app or method that I can use? (unfortunately, "Idea hub" is not available for Jira cloud).
