My Project is Gone

We upgraded out of Beta weeks ago, but my Project is gone. Truly blank. I reached out to support, but it's just a waiting game. Did this happen to anyone else?

@rachelfolz I just checked and that's because your standard trial for Jira Product Discovery expired and there wasn't a payment method on file.

There's a 14 day trial, then if you don't add a payment method there's a grace period, and after that you lose access. I asked our support team to reactivate your trial so you can add payment details so this doesn't happen again. Don't worry your data will still be here.
