Logging Time on an Idea?

Is there a field for logging time against an idea?

While there is no default feature as such, you could create a number field and follow a default input in Hrs to track the effort

Thanks. We track against Epics on Jira Software Projects and then roll up the totals using a 3rd party app called "Timesheet." Alas, this wouldn't work for us. I did find that we can log time against an Idea in the Timesheet App and it appears in the history of the Idea itself. This will be our workaround until Atlassian includes Time Logging on the Product Discovery Idea Types.
