Why can contributors not add delivery tickets?

I would like the ability for team members who are not creators as they have no need for broader edit rights to be able to make changes to the delivery tickets list only. Can yall help? I dont need to pay 3$ a user for my devs to be able to update delivery ticket lists.

Hello Lexi, 

I am guessing your devs primary tool is Jira Software. In that case they don't need to be creators on Jira Product Discovery. They can simply update their epics and story and it will be reflected in the delivery section for the PMs. 

And if sometimes they need to link an epic to an Idea, that can also be done from Jira Software, using the implements issue link type.

They can add tickets from the Jira for developers, though.

Both parties can also link the ticket (you, if you have at least epic - all the tasks from the epic will be displayed; developers - if you provide them ticket key to link).

@Tanguy Crusson It would be helpful to just allow delivery ticket changes by people who are not on a 3$ per license setting as those changes running entirely through the PM's can be overwhelming at the scale.
