Hi @Mélanie Liguet ,
We've noticed other customers encounter this problem in the past and receive the same error, “App doesn’t have write access“ while integrating with Slack.
Please open a ticket with JPD support here:
https://support.atlassian.com/jira-product-discovery/
We should be able to assist with getting this resolved. Typically we'll have to reinstall the Slack app - which only takes a few moments, and no data is lost in the process / no workflows or automations will be disrupted.
Can this issue be resolved without a support ticket?

Hi. I'm experiencing the same issue on the free tier. Is the only way to resolve this issue through a paid support ticket?

@Andrew Lee @J_ Patrick Fulton ,
Do you see this option in your JPD:
If yes - that should too open a ticket with JPD support.
