Hi there,

I had a question about how much detail we could reach from an Insight for automation.

As part of field definition, we can create calculated fields - the standard example being Impact+Insights. As such, we can have something that shows us a relative importance based on the Impact of an Idea and the amount of Insights on it.

However, is there anyway to represent the importance of Insights on an Idea, and use that in the calculation?

For example, Insights have Impact associated with them and Labels.
Is there anyway to use that value - the Impact on the Insight - to be used as part of a calculated field?

The use case being we have Idea A with 3 Insights - but they are just random thoughts people have added (and have no Impact assigned to them) and Idea B with 1 Insight - but this is an idea that dozens of people support, and as such has an Impact of 5.

As far as I can see, there is no way to show that Idea B is actually the more important idea. Without manually diving into the ticket and seeing the impact of the Insight.

Thanks in advance!

Hi, yes you can do that by using "Insights - Impact" in a formula (weighted score or roll-up):
