For each insight I would like to be able to associate an insight with a customer. I already have a Global Field (label) called "Customers" and would like to use this field instead of the general "Labels" field. Eventually I'd like to query to "find all insights from customer X" or a view with all recent insights with the associated customer.
Any plans to allow for this?

This is not possible for the moment, but this topic is part of one of the next big problems we will address. You can find it on our roadmap on the idea named "Insights, feedback and intake"

Even better if it could be queried by the CRM tool so that Sales / CS users could get a sense of where their customers' suggestions are in the product lifecycle
Even better if insights pushed into JPD by Sales / CS came with that customer linking

We definitely need this, especially if we are migrating Insights that come from specific Customers
