Show an idea in a view based on date

I've a select field, Stage, that I use to track ideas through their lifecycle, and several views that group by the Stage field.

I'd like to show ideas that have moved into the final Stage (Monitoring) for 2 weeks and after that they disappear from the view.  I can't figure out how to filter by the Updated field, nor can I figure out how to set a date field via automation when the idea moves to Stage = Monitoring.  Any suggestions?

Hi @Adrian.Lester I don't think this is currently possible in JPD.

As a workaround, you could take a look at Released Roadmaps, which does enable you to create a JQL filter that only displays items for 2 weeks.

Take a look at this post for how it works.

Caveats:

- Released doesn't support grouping yet.

- The board can not currently be shown in a JPD project. Hopefully future extension points will enable that.
