The Jira mobile apps for Android and iOS can already display JPD-Issues/Ideas quite ok-ish, but some things are still missing.
In particular, the Delivery and Insights tabs aren't available.
And of course, there are no "mobile" Views (lists, boards, charts), yet.
I can't say yet if and how I would want to work mobile with JPD. Adding insights would probably one of my typical tasks, though.
Out of curiosity: What plans/ideas/visions does the Atlassian team have for mobile working with JPD?
If I'm not mistaken you're actually the first user to ask about mobile support in the history of this project, I thought it would come much sooner 😉
It's not on the short term priorities yet, but the use cases we were considering from mobile were:
You must be a registered user to add a comment. If you've already registered, sign in. Otherwise, register and sign in.
I agree. I was looking at this in the app just the other day. Being able to see my list of ideas so I can quickly Slack someone and say "hey, yup, the idea can be found here..." and being able to share an insight to an idea on mobile would both be very high on my list.
I don't use Jira much on mobile except commenting and notifications. However; I do use it on my iPad Pro, and I like having closer to everyday functionality there.

We are using product discovery heavily and having migrated from another product management software the lack of mobile support for pd project “views” is killing my productivity when I’m on mobile.

+1 for mobile improvements, please, @Tanguy Crusson. Who these days is ever more than arm's reach from your phone? Whether it's a conversation with colleagues over lunch, or responding to a comment off-hours when I don't want to leave my family for my office, Jira mobile is a top 5 application in my product management toolbox. The cost of not having a parity mobile experience for JPD means that I go off platform... usually Slack... and we all know that Slack is awesome at hoarding ideas in Slack.
Finally, as applied to JPD and JPD mobile, I'd love it you found a way to promote a view with the smallest number of fields required to implement best practices. Problem: As a JPD user, I find that my product ops team frequently adds fields to JPD but rarely removes them. This increases data entry, scrolling, and user friction.
Thanks!

Hi @Jan-Hendrik Spieth ,
Our Mobility for Jira app now supports some aspects of Jira Product Discovery on iOS. Here is a link that shows you how it looks: https://docs.mobilitystream.com/mfj/jira-product-discovery
Try it out and let us know if there is anything missing or if you like to see similar support for Android: support@mobilitystream.com.
Kind regards,
The Mobility Team
