Migrating to a new domain

Hi all,

Have been loving the product and using it pretty extensively over the last 6 months. 

My company recently was acquired and are in the process of migrating all Jira projects into the existing companies domain. 

I understand there are limitations right now with doing that for Jira Product Discovery projects using JIRA's migration tools but just wondering what options we have for manual migration? Is there a best practice for migrating to avoid losing information?

Hi @JD , we don't support these kinds of migrations out of the box today. 

The safest way to do this is to use the CSV export / import for ideas

But you'll need to recreate the project configuration (fields, views) in the target project first, then do that. 

Do you use insights? we currently don't have a way for you to export/import those from the app.
