JPD to Jira Engineering Comment Automation

I am trying to write an automation rule so that when a Jira Product Discovery ticket is moved to Jira Engineering via the 'Delivery' button the comments are transposed from the Jira Product Discovery ticket. 

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hey Blake, i'd have the same questions as Bill, as I am not too sure how you are creating your delivery ticketn nor which comments you'd like to copy, but I'm guessing the first rule of this page could be adapted to your use case : https://support.atlassian.com/jira-product-discovery/docs/automate-actions-in-the-delivery-panel/

Would you please clarify a couple of things to help focus any community suggestions?

What do you mean by the "Delivery button"?  There is what appears to be a button labeled "Delivery" when viewing an idea in the right-side of the page, and that is a mechanism to link other, existing issues to the idea.  It does not move any items/issues in Jira.

What do you mean by "comments are transposed"?  Do you mean copy comments from the idea to some other issue type, in some project?

Until we learn those answers, do you mean something like this?

Given I have a JPD idea and existing issues in other projects
When I use the the Delivery tab to add a link to another non-idea issue
Then I want the comments from the JPD idea to be copied to the just-linked issue
