JPD not recognizing that we already switched to Free plan

Hello JPD Team,

Our Site Admin already completed the steps to migrate us to the Free plan of JPD about 2 months ago. However, starting about 1 month ago, we started seeing notifications and pop-ups reminding us to switch to the Free or Standard plan.

Any recommendations on how to check if we're set up correctly? Does it sound like we need to do the Free set-up steps over again? Thx!

Hi @Dave Harrington , I just checked and you're still on the beta edition. 

If you've already done the rest you just need to do the last steps (7 and 8) from this page:

Step 7: upgrade to the JPD Free or Standard plan

Step 8: if you're on the standard plan, verify if you need to add new billing details
