Is "About this view" supposed to update?

When looking at a View, under the name of the View, there is a link "About this View". If you edit it via a popout box, is the text "About this view" supposed to update to reflect what you put in the box?  Would be nice if you could put something here that describes what is here without requiring a click.

No. The about this view is a link to the dialog that pops up on the right hand side explaining what it is about.

You have probably noticed that you can put quite an extensive description / manual in that box, as a view can contain a lot of information that you might want to explain to your users. As it can become quite elaborate, plenty of space has been provided rather than having a short popup or something.

The about this view text is about the only thing that is not customisable.
