Insight content from Slack not appearing in JPD

Hi there,

 

We dump App Store reviews into an internal Slack channel. From there, I add them to JPD ideas as insights. 

 

I have never gotten the actual content of the Slack message to pull through—I get this error message:

Any ideas? The Jira Cloud app for Slack is installed--we use it all the time.

Hi, I believe we've had an incident related to app authentication and this looks related - I'll confirm with the team tomorrow.

@Tanguy Crusson fixed for new ideas/insights! Thanks for the fast reply/resolution.

 

For older ideas, the last refresh attempt was some months ago, so those insights are still showing the error:

Is there anyway to manually force a refresh? If not, and the refreshes will happen overtime, then no worries!
