Hi,
I'm trying to import a scan I've done with discovery assets. But when importing I get the following error: "inStream parameter is null". Any ideas about what might be wrong? I have read that it may be due to the .zip password, but in principle it has not been assigned any, so I have no clues to follow.
Thank you!
Hi Daniel,
I think Asset Discovery is a feature that you can find in Jira Service Management - where you can manage assets under your network. In Jira Product Discovery, you cannot manage assets.
If it's the case, please ask your question in this group : https://community.atlassian.com/t5/Jira-Service-Management/ct-p/jira-service-desk
or raise your bug at https://support.atlassian.com/contact/#/
I think they'll be able to look at the issue :)
Best Regards,
Hermance
