I need to have the Insights URLs to link them to other ideas. How might I do that?

I have a field for relationship for ideas from insights. How might I link the insight from one idea to another? I would love to get the url of each so I can populate that field unless there is a better way to do this.

And by that I don't mean a URL insight source I pasted in but the actual "Insight" itself.  

And is there a way to enable that as functionality fairly easily and quickly ? As a quick win? (-:)

I am not too sure what the relationship between an idea and an insight could be. Could you please give an example? 

To link an insight to another idea, you can simply copy it to another idea using the copy button. It appears after you check an insight.

Thank you @Herman - loads of reasons. With all relevant ideas linked to a central insight, decision-making becomes more informed and strategic etc. I can see gaps, see more related ideas etc.

I did not know about that copy to idea feature which is handy so thanks for that!

Still it would be really helpful to even be able to get a link / url for each insight to put it into other fields and map it out to report on and analyse its performance. etc etc (-:)

Oh wait, I think I see what you mean, when you hover next to the date of an insight, you'll see these three icon and the last one is the link to this specific insight:
