Field hovers on idea view

The field hovers in the list views are great and very helpful. Is there a reason these same hovers do not display when editing on the Idea view?

I'm putting specific information in the field descriptions so everyone on our team knows what they mean and we are all using them the same way. I'm finding that I have to leave the idea view and go to the list view where one of these fields is in view to see the field description.

It would be great if these field description hovers were available anywhere the fields display.
