Expand permissions of Jira Product Discovery

I have multiple people in my organization that would like to make use of the functionality to add watchers to JPD items. This is currently only possible if you have admin rights. It would be great if you could also add this permission separately, or if you could configure the 'contributor', 'creator' and 'admin' role.

Hi @Maarten Peters I just checked and it works like the rest of Jira: only licensed users and with write access to the project are able to manage watchers. Meaning: 

• Users with a JPD license
• and creator access to the project (admin, creator)

But not contributors. 

Unfortunately we're not going to be able to change that behaviour.
