Chrome extension not working

Hello!

Today, suddenly, the extension stopped working - it doesn't load any projects.

I tried logging out and in, closing Chrome, reopening, and clearing the cache. Nothing helps.

Hi @matan_grady ,

I believe the JPD Chrome extension uses recent projects - similar to what you see in Jira under Projects menu - meaning the most recent projects that have been viewed will appear when trying to add a new insight through the extension.

I also believe there might be some sort of "timeout" if the project has not been opened is a certain amount of days - meaning it will also disappear from the Chrome extension (until it is reopened again).

Can you open the JPD project you wish to add an insight to, then see if you can select that project with the Chrome extension?
