Cannot link an epic from JPD

Hi all,

in adding a delivery ticket to an idea, I cannot link it to a specific Epic of a project. It seems that idea does not exists for JPD, while it is active and in progress in that project board.

I can link other epics from the same project, but that one does not pop up in the drop down menu or even with a copy and paste.

Do you have any guess about any specific configuration that may affect this or would it be possibly a bug?

Thanks

Paolo

Solved.

That epic was wrongly "linked" as an issue and not added as a delivery ticket, thus not appearing in the possible list of delivery epics/stories

@Paolo Pastorino normally copy-pasting the Epic works so this may be a bug. Could you please raise a support request for this? Click on 'Give Feedback' at the bottom left of Jira Product Discovery. If you can include screen recordings or screenshots of the bug that's particularly helpful.

I sent the feedback reporting a possible bug, but I was not able to add any attachment. Is there another way to possibly file a bug?
