We have an Enterprise Jira that will have tickets in it and then we also have Jira instance 2 and Jira Instance 3 that are seperate instances within the Enterprise Jira Instance. If we have JPD in the Enterprise Jira instance can tickets from the other instances be included?
Example - Like Product Idea INT-12 (Parent URL/Domain/Enterprise umbrella) with Delivery Tickets DD-10 (URL 1) and SL-50 (URL 2) in the idea.
hi @Anne Gallant currently Jira Product Discovery only supports integrated delivery features with a Jira Software on the same instance, not another one within the enterprise umbrella.
Hi @Rohan Swami
Thanks for the update on this. Is there a future roadmap commitment in 2024 to get this support for any instance under the Enterprise umbrella? I could see this impacting Businesses that are in tremendous growth that do not want to introduce significant changes in Jira software when acquiring or merging with other organizations.

@Adam Wencel At the moment this isn't on our roadmap, but we'll keep this feedback in consideration.

Hello @Rohan Swami : has this request changed? For corporate use, we would like to benefit from :-)
Thanks you, Olivier

@Olivier GIRAULTwe've moved away from this hierarchy to one of Initiative to Epic. This will achieve what you're looking to do. You will have to adjust hierarchy settings as well as customize permissions at the initiative level to make this work. GL.
