Blue highlights against some ideas

I'm sure I must be missing something obvious - but some of my ideas have blue highlights to the left of them.  I can't find a field that is associated to this - does anyone know how this is set?

Hi @Charles Cardwell , @Michael Buechele 's right, it's what we call "highlights" and something we're actually revisiting at the moment (because it's hard to find)
