The how to video seems to be from 2021 and the latest feature discussion was a little over a year ago. Some things that would be nice:
Hi @Shawn.Giese
All great questions, thank you! We exited the beta and launched the free and standard editions back in June, since then we've been running to keep up with the increasing demand from thousands of companies 😅
Your post is timely: we are currently going through planning and laying down everything flat on the table to assess our next big bets. As part of that we've actually already discussed a few of the topics you mentioned in this post.
We are going to post a Loom in about a month's time with the outcome and what the roadmap looks like for the next stage of JPD. From there we're going to be looking for customers to partner with on some of these topics. Stay tuned!
Cheers,
Tanguy

@Tanguy Crusson Did this session already happen? I tried to look for any info on it but could not find it.
JD is great for collecting feedback/insights, but its currently quite hard for us to really get value out of it as feedback comes in at different levels (which is desired). Any improvement to structure this would help.
Mainly some form of Hierarchy would help in which you can group ideas into high over topics/problems and for which this would also SUM all metrics underneith (e.g. number of insights). This would allow easier setting of priorities for certain quarters. Very similar to Epic/story relationships and e.g. story points.
I have seen your webinar on using the labels (boulders, themes etc). This is however very cumbersome work and more importantly it does not summarize any of the values from lower level tickets.
Curious to hear where you are going with JD and this in particular. Happy to be a beta user as well if you need any.
