Since earlier this week it seems the product has been pulled out. But all systems are operational according to the status page https://jira-product-discovery.status.atlassian.com/
Am I the only one encountering this issue? What is the ETA?
Hi Olivia, your instance was deactivated as we were unable to successfully bill you after the trial period, it seems like you don't have payment details on file. Please ask your site/billing admin to add these payment details and then reactivate Jira Product Discovery.
