I have tried to export the active users from Admin tab, and we got 1243 NON-TUL users are Active but then i checked for those ID and I could see most of their ids are not active but it's still present in JIRA
I can remove the user id by going inside the ID details but its bit difficult to do manually for more than 1000users

so, Is there any way to remove the user-ids in an easiest way?

 I've found this app useful for performing bulk user deletions. Obviously take care when creating the csv that you load in. There is a paid version as well that gives access to several additional bulk update options, but for user deletion, the free version should be all you need.

Note: The app seems to timeout after 600 seconds (couldn't find a way to configure this), so if your list is 1000+ users, you may have to run it more than once.
