transition button shared with all statuses

DanaF April 29, 2016

We would like to add a button to each status that when selected it displays a predetermined screen with 6 custom fields that need to be filled in.  I have created it for the first status but was wondering if there was an easy way to do this for all the status rather than 1 by 1?

2nd part of this is there a way to add watchers to a list based on a custom field value?

Thanks

Using the Kanban board is suggested than creating new ways. In the Kanban board you can see what are the statuses in a column when an issue is being moved from one column to another. JIRA is flexible but the cloud instance takes more time for loading user created content.

2nd part - there is a direct way to manage users, depending upon your permission scheme "manage watcher's list / view watchers" this feature is available by default. When viewing an issue, there is a row with Edit | Comment | Assign| More. In More, choose Watchers. If you got the permission, you should be able to see and or edit the watchers list.

Hope this helps.
