Why are we getting Zendesk error message

We are getting the attached zendesk error message. 


  1. Why are we getting this.
  2. Is it mandatory to maintain an account with Zendesk.
  3. If Yes, I see that zendesk is also charging us, Is it possible to continue without charging or cut zendesk.
  4. If we cut zendesk will it affect our data.

There's no error message here.

I'd take a look at JIRA Service Desk if you are thinking of moving off Zendesk



I am talking about the red message from zendesk. let me know about this...

Can this be removed without disturbing any of my data and current structure....

You can uninstall the Zendesk add-on and it will only stop displaying Zendesk related data.


Yes, we are ready to do it.

Kindly let us know how to uninstall zendesk account.

Its just that we dont want to appear in the main screen - Can that alone be done from your end....
