Trouble installing ToDo add-on

I am having trouble installing ToDo per the instructions (https://marketplace.atlassian.com/plugins/ru.mail.jira.plugins.todolist/server/installation). At step 4: Locate ToDo list custom field via search, I do not see the ToDo product. Please help me understand what I am missing. Thanks

It's not available on Cloud, you can't install it.
