How to add post-function of workflow by add comments automatically

Dear Support,

I am using JIRA Cloud (https://tngasia.atlassian.net).

I want to pass "Custom field" value to Comment via post-function of Transition in the workflow.

How to do it?

* edit workflow
* select transiton
* change post-function
* add post-function which add comment to your issue (https://marketplace.atlassian.com/plugins/com.innovalog.jmwe.jira-misc-workflow-extensions/cloud/overview)
