Hi, we would like our users to log time against other user's cases. e.g. a team leader helps a developer for 1 hour and we would like the team leader to log that hour against that case. How can we do that without assigning and re-assigning? Thanks
Look at the project's permission scheme - itwill tell you who can log work on an issue. From your question, I'm guessing it says "assignee". You should get your admins to widen that (maybe adding role:developers)
