While trying to load the project backlog, we are getting the following error: "Too Many Issues are trying to Load. It will take you eons to scroll through mountains of issues."

How can we get it resolved ?

Temporary Solution: We have modified the current board settings (query) by excluding the issue type = Question.

You fix this by breaking up the work into teams, who will run off boards containing only issues appropriate for them.

When you run into this error, the problem is not that there are too many issues, but that you have a process that puts everything in one great big pile instead of splitting it up into things to be handled by a series of teams.   (If you're going to tell me that you've got 300 people in a team, that's not a team - most humans can't cope with more than 6-8 people in a working group and hence anything with more than 10 people is absolutely not going to be working as a team).

Break up your mass of people into teams, and then break up the incoming work onto boards that match each team, only selecting what that team would work on.
