Could not load FunctionProvider class


I started seeing an error "could not load FunctionProvider class" when trying to resolve an issue today.  I am using JIRA hosted on atlassian:  I don't know where to find the log to find our JIRA version or a plugin that's causing the issue.  I do have a post action tied to this workflow transition:

Type: class
Class: com.googlecode.jsu.workflow.function.UpdateIssueCustomFieldPostFunction
Arguments: = customfield_10500
full.module.key = com.googlecode.jira-suite-utilitiesupdateIssueCustomField-function
field.value = %%CURRENT_USER%%

Online, I saw a recommendation to uninstall and reinstall a plugin.  However, I don't know how to do that. 

Please help.  Due to this problem, none of my users can resolve an issue.

The plugin has been disabled in on JIRA Cloud. You'll have to find some alternative to that functionality.
