Hello,
I started seeing an error "could not load FunctionProvider class" when trying to resolve an issue today. I am using JIRA hosted on atlassian: https://globusrobotics.atlassian.net/. I don't know where to find the log to find our JIRA version or a plugin that's causing the issue. I do have a post action tied to this workflow transition:
Type: class
Class: com.googlecode.jsu.workflow.function.UpdateIssueCustomFieldPostFunction
Arguments:
field.name = customfield_10500
full.module.key = com.googlecode.jira-suite-utilitiesupdateIssueCustomField-function
field.value = %%CURRENT_USER%%
Online, I saw a recommendation to uninstall and reinstall a plugin. However, I don't know how to do that.
Please help. Due to this problem, none of my users can resolve an issue.
Thanks,
Sanjay
