Hello I'm trying to create an automation that relies on a custom field I have created for a date. For example the date of check out of my hotel is xxx for a room. When I try to search for the field it just will not come up. Neither will fields like created date or due date. Anything to do with date basically doesn't pull up. Any suggestions?
Hi @Host Zara
I have no problems searching for date fields as seen below:
can you provide more clarification where exactly you run into this problem?
Are we speaking of The same automation as in the image?
Please do let me know and I’ll be glad to help.
Regards.

Which automation action are you using to search for this field? Just gonna check to be sure it's not a bug.
Try navigating to a specific Jira project to setup the automation.
Navigate to project -> Project settings -> Automation.
If you try setting up the automation from here, do you have the same problem with the field now showing?
