welcome to the Atlassian Community!

The message you posted into the subject/title basically tells only that a connection/session to Jira ended. I'd rule this out as a source of any problem. It is more of a coincidence and the message also happens during normal operation in atlassian-jira-security.log

From here (without access to your system and log files) it is impossible to state what lead to the crash of your application. I'd recommend you to check for out of memory-situations, but spoken in general, from any suspicious occurrences from log files.
