I work for a SaaS company, and we work with various external clients. One of the most common questions we get asked, is the status of a Change request or bug raised by our clients. Unfortunately due to the high number of clients and tickets (and as such development tasks) we receive, its really hard to maintain an external platform with updates.
As such, I was wondering if Atlassian has a solution that support some sort of reporting/Dashboard that allows us to provide external access, and filter ticket relevant to Tags or fields in the tickets, whereby they can have an overview of the status of all the tickets relevant to them, while being able to specify what exactly is visible for the external clients.
