I created a dashboard but another user who is Site Admin and Project Admin, and is a member of a group with which the dash is shared, cannot edit. Why can't she edit it? And why can't I find any documentation on dashboard edit permissions?
Only the owner of the Dashboard can edit it.
In order for someone else to edit it, he has to make a copy for him to own.

I run into the same problem, this is definitely a Jira bug.
People who has been added to dashboard editors cannot edit it. This does not make sense at all.

This answer makes no sense. There is an option to add project members administrative access to a dashboard.... PLUS it used to work!!!
