JSU Linked Transition on post function

This is Automation Scenario.

When first story (Child) moves to In progress than Epic (Parent) should moves to in progress. when last story with in epic moves done status than Epic moves to Done as well.

This above automation works for some project and some of project doesn't.

Please Note: All project workflow is privatized.

I was updating wrong workflow in linked transition, so i suppose to use epic workflow map in transition instead of story workflow.

Hi @Kevalkumar kaneria

Are all the projects 'classic'?  Or is there a mix of 'classic' and 'next-gen'?

If so, does the automation only work on one and not the other?

Thanks, Liam

Hi, Thanks Liam,

All projects are classic.

In Order automation to be working, this below configuration is Done.

Hi @Kevalkumar kaneria

Apologies, I thought you were using automation, not a workflow, to do this.  My knowledge on workflows isn't great, so hopefully someone else will be able to pick up on this question.
