How can i connect my JIRA cloud database to a Tableau dashboard

We have a Tableau dashboard, which takes data from JIRA cloud. Currently we upload a csv with the JIRA data.Is there a way this could be automated or JIRA cloud and Tableau be integrated?

Would prefer some "free" options than paid plugins
