Clone Jira Cloud instance (prod) to another cloud instance (test)with same configarations

Hi, is it possible to achieve this ? when we made some custom fields and workflows in prod instance can we migrate same settings (with same custom field IDs for example) to the other instance for testing ? (we are using some script to automate the issues using these custom field IDs).
