What's the difference between looking for a bug/enhancement in internal.jiraalign.com vs. jira.atlassian.com? Additionally, are there any plans to deprecate internal.jiraalign.com?
Thank you for the question. The Jira Align team currently stores customers facing bugs on jira.atlassian.com and customer enhancement requests on a public Ideation portal of internal.jiraalign.com.
We are currently investigating moving our customer enhancement system from the public ideation portal on internal.jiraalign.com to jira.atlassian.com using suggestions to mimic wider Atlassian. An announcement will be made in our release notes and on the community if a decision to make a change here is made.
Cheers!
Tim
Thanks @Tim Keyes , Additionally, is there is an SLA for access requests to be confirmed for internal.jiraalign.com?

Hi @Elizabeth Wheeler
There is not an SLA for access requests to be confirmed. If you are waiting for someone's access for more than 72 hours please reach out to someone from the Atlassian Account Services team on the account you are working with (Solution Architect, TAM, Support) and I will work with them to grant permissions to approve the request.
Thank you!
